Q. I am an individual. Can I apply for a free computer?
A. No. We do not provide donated hardware to individuals at this time.
Q. I represent a for-profit entity, can I apply for free or discounted hardware?
A. No. We do not provide donated hardware to for-profit entities.
Q. I represent a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in your area. We are not a ministry. Can we still apply for hardware?
A. At this time, we currently do not support non-ministry based non-profits.
Q. I have an old computer I’d like to donate, but I am not from a company. Can I donate it anyway?
A. Due to limited resources, we are only accepting corporate donations of used hardware that is in working condition at this time.
Q. We have a stock of old computers, but they are greater than 8 years old. Will you still take them?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot take anything older than 8 years old.
Q. I have a new computer I’d like to donate, but I am not from a company. Can I donate it anyway?
A. We’d love to hear from you what the hardware is. Even brand new, the hardware may not be suitable for donation due to various circumstances. Feel free to contact us.
Q. Do you take devices for recycling?
A. No; however, we will be happy to recommend you to an environmentally-conscious E-cycler. Our goal is to re-purpose used computers that still have life for in-need non-profit ministries. We currently cannot take recyclables. However, we do recycle non-usable devices that cannot be used, but we do not take devices explicitly to recycle them.
